Labor Payment: The labor portion of the repair will be due after the work is completed, but before your device is retrieved.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the repair or cost, we’ll refund any charges and may undo the work before returning your device. If we can't resolve the issue to your satisfaction, there will be no charge to retrieve your device.
